The IBCLC examination is offered twice a year, in March/April (in English only) and in September 2023 (in all IBLCE languages).
September 2023 IBCLC examination:
Applications are now closed. Application Dates: May 10 – June 26, 2023 Examination Administration Dates: September 20 – 29, 2023

ExaminationOptions in 2023
This year, you may have options for taking the examination in English: Live Remote Proctoring (LRP) -or- sitting the examination at a test centre.
The use of LRP for 2023 – 2024 IBCLC examination administrations has been approved in light of the ongoing global pandemic. Any use of LRP for IBCLC examinations in 2025 and beyond will be subject to further review.
