Receive Examination Authorisation Email
We will start sending Examination Authorisation Emails for the April 2026 IBCLC examination in February 2026, and will continue until all approved candidates have received them.
Schedule Your Examination Appointment
After receiving your authorisation email, you can schedule your examination appointment. See Key Dates below for important deadlines.
Test
The April 2026 IBCLC examination will take place from April 15 – 24, 2026.
Examination Scoring & Analysis
Post-administration analysis and scoring takes place.
Receive Results
You will receive your results for the April 2026 IBCLC examination in your online account approximately 3 months after the examination.
