The Updated Interim Guidance on the Use of Technology to Meet Pathways 1, 2 and 3 Clinical Practice Requirements is extended to September 30, 2025, due to the sustained impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the evolution in telehealth practice. This guidance is updated and available on the IBCLC Commission website in all languages.
